The challenge
AI coding agents are extraordinary and have no memory. Every session begins at zero: the correction you gave yesterday is gone by this morning, the house style has to be explained again, and the same argument about the same convention plays out on repeat. The team ends up managing the tool instead of doing the work.
What we built
stndp gives the agent the one thing it has been missing — everything your team has already decided. It learns your standards from the work you are doing anyway, opens every new session already holding them, and stops the changes that break them before they reach the branch. The same understanding rolls up into a clear picture of what the team actually shipped that week.
